Assistant Director of Food & Beverage
Kean joined Sea Oaks as Assistant Food & Beverage Director in August of 2023. As a graduate of Rosen College of Hospitality Management, Kean has spent his entire career in the hospitality industry crafting his extensive operational F&B and Hospitality skills. Kean is also a golf professional with a repertoire of private and semi-private country club experience. Prior to his most recent role with Marriott International, Kean worked in a variety of F&B management positions within the Ritz-Carlton brand having spent time cultivating cocktail programs, menus, banquets, fine-dining and casual restaurant concepts.
Outside of work, Kean spends much time with his family and his puppy Goose. He is a very passionate, angler, golfer, and restauranteur spending most of his time outside enjoying nature or tasting a variety of foods, wine, and craft cocktails.
