Assistant Beach Club Manager
Susan grew up and has spent most of her life in Florida. She began her career in the restaurant business when Michael Blum hired her to work in his restaurant Michaelís Kitchen as a server. Several months later, she became the assistant manager and, by the end of the year, general manager. She received her Mastery of Wine Certification at Florida International University and honed her skills in Sonoma and Napa. Additional experience in the culinary field included working behind the scenes on the Food Network and as restaurant manager at Pelican Grand Beach Resort in Ft. Lauderdale. Making her home in Vero in 2012, Susan joined Sea Oaks in 2013.
