Director of Food and Beverage
Tim joined Sea Oaks as Assistant Food and Beverage Director in August of 2022, promoted to Food and Beverage Director in July of 2023. Well-seasoned in the hospitality industry, Tim started his career in New York and, through experience at varied restaurants, worked his way up to head waiter at the upscale Mercer Kitchen run by the illustrious Jean-Georges. While in Manhattan, he met his wife Beth, and after a few years, relocated to Florida while expecting their first child, allowing them to be closer to family.
Before joining Sea Oaks, Tim showcased his talents as General Manager at Citrus Grill as well as The Moorings Yacht and Country Club, where he grew and expanded his credentials by becoming a Certified Sommelier.
